Registration Procedures
- There are two ways parents can register their children:
- By visiting the school and filling in the application form.
- By registering online and then visiting the school to complete the application.
- Conducting an interview and admission test
- Submitting all required documents to complete the student’s file.
- Signing the Parents’ Contract.
- Paying tuition fees for the first term.
- Receiving confirmation of the student’s enrollment at the school.
Required documents
In order to proceed with the registration process, the following documents are required:
- Student’s birth certificates.
- National ID for Saudis and Resident ID for non-Saudis.
- Iqama (Resident ID) and passports for non-Saudis.
- Saudi family card.
- Certificate of vaccination
- Health record (or health screening form)
- A transfer from Noor System for those coming from other schools within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a statement indicating that the student is not listed as a fee defaulter.
- The original copy of the last progress (report) card obtained by the student.
- Financial clearance from the former school (if it is a private school).
- 6 photos for the student.
- If a student is not 6 years old at the time of admission and is seeking admission to Grade 1, then parents must submit a certificate of attendance and recommendation from the kindergarten the student was enrolled in the past academic year.
