Admission Policy

The De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) is a Catholic school. Non-Catholics are admitted provided they participate in all religious activities that are required of the students. No exemption shall be granted by reason of membership in or affiliation with a different religion.

A student’s application will be given due course when the student-applicant meets all the academic requirements and has none of the disqualification prescribed by the School, the Department of Education 2010 Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education and the DLSZ Student Handbook as amended and such other rules promulgated by the School.

The school reserves the right at any time to refuse, to admit, or to re-admit students under certain conditions as enrolment in DLSZ is a privilege.

Application Requirements

For Filipino Applicants

  • Copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office);Note: Those who were born abroad must present a copy of the Report of Birth issued by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate and, in applicable cases, the original copy of his/her birth certificate by competent foreign authorities. Other documents may also be required from the applicant when his/her birth certificate does not clearly indicate the nationality of his/her parent/s.
  • 2x2 ID photo (recent, close-up, white background);
  • Photocopy of latest Report Card and Report Cards from the last three (3) school years, with Learner Reference Number (LRN) or certified true copy of Student’s Permanent Record (Form 137) marked for “evaluation purposes only”;
  • Recommendation Form accomplished by the counselor/homeroom adviser and emailed directly to admissions@dlszobel.edu.ph (High School Recommendation Form);Generated through the online Admissions Portal or please click the file to generate the document.
  • Declaration of Student's Pre-Existing Condition/s Prior to Admission;Generated through the online Admissions Portal or please click the file to generate the document.
  • Signed (a) Application Confirmation Slip, (b) Withdrawal Policy Form, (c) Data Privacy Statement Consent Form and (d) Waiver for Non-Catholics, if applicable (generated through the online Admissions Portal);
  • Accomplished Junior High School (JHS) Application QuestionnairePlease click the file to generate the document.
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics only);
  • Certification from Ayala Alabang Village (AAV) Association (for AAV residents only); and
  • Proof if the parent is an alumnus/alumna of any De La Salle school.

For International Applicants

  • Copy of Birth Certificate from the Office of the Civil Registry of the country of birth, translated into English, or Embassy Certification of birth details;
  • Copy of valid Alien Certificate of Registration Identification(ACR I-card) issued by the Bureau of Immigration;
  • Copy of valid Passport- Bio page, Visa page and stamp of latest arrival page; and
  • Copy of Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SIRV), Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV), PRA or other valid Visa Identification documentNote: Tourist Visa and Balikbayan Visa holders are required by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to apply for a Special Study Permit (SSP). DLSZ will provide assistance in the processing of the SSP once the applicant is confirmed for enrollment. For Applicant with Dual Citizenship

  • Copy of Philippine passport and/or
  • Copy of Identification Certificate as Filipino/Certificate of Recognition as Filipino Citizen/Naturalization Certificate as Filipino

Special Application Requirement for Applicants Coming from A School Overseas

Copy of Apostille / Authentication Certificate

Bring all academic records (report cards and/or transcript of records) to the Office of the Philippine Embassy/Office of the Consular Official in the country which has jurisdiction over the issuing school and secure Apostille / Authentication Certificate. All documents must have an English translation of the entries particularly the name of the student, subjects (with descriptions), grades and grade level.

The Application Fee rate will be based on the nationality of the applicant at the time of the application. For those with on-going petition for Dual Citizenship, please submit as proof, a photocopy of the Official Receipt and Receiving Copy of Requirements from the Philippine Consulate or the Bureau of Immigration.

All submitted documents in compliance with the entrance examination requirements shall become the property of DLSZ and are NOT to be returned to the applicant.

Application Procedure

Application Form

Fill out and submit the online application form via the Admissions Portal (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph)

Download the Application Confirmation Slip, Withdrawal Policy Form, Data Privacy Statement Consent Form and Waiver for Non-Catholics generated through the online form.

Application Fee Payment

Pay the non-refundable Application and Testing Fee (Php 700 for Filipinos and USD 75 for international applicants) through the different online payment facilities as indicated below.

Requirements Submission

Submit all application requirements through the Admissions Portal (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph)

You may check the status of each submitted requirement if it’s verified and accepted within 5-7 days. An email notification will be sent to you for the missing application requirements. Only applicants who have submitted complete application requirements will be given a Test Permit.

Admissions Test

Download the Test Permit from the Admissions Portal (https://admissions.dlszobel.edu.ph).

The Test Permit will be released within 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of complete application requirements.

Entrance Test

Take the Entrance Test on the day indicated in the Test Permit.

Note: Entrance Test will commence in January.
