Admissions Process
1. Complete Information form
- To apply, please take a moment to complete our online Information Form, or you can download it and email it to our Admissions Office.
- Complete the online payment of the Application Fee of 3,000,000 VND.
2. School Tour & Interview
- You will be scheduled a school visit and an interview with our School Principal and Academic Director (According to weekly permanent interview schedule).
- Your child will join activities at our School with our expert pedagogistas/atelieristas; A child of special rights will be accompanied by our Director of Special Rights Program.
3. Review of application & announcement of admission results
- All applications will be evaluated by our School Principal and Academic Director.
- Announcement of admission results:
- Acceptance
- Waiting list
- Denial
4. Confirmation of successful enrollment
- Parents to complete full Enrollment Process.
- Complete the Enrollment Package:
- Notarized copy of birth certificate and family registration book.
- Medical exam certificate.
- Copy of immunization certificate or immunization book.
- Pick-up Form.
- Medical Form.
- Consent Form.
- Sign the Enrollment Confirmation Letter.
- Complete the payment of all fees.
