Step 1

To begin the application process, you must take the admissions test. Please complete the Admissions Test Application Form.

Step 2

Once you fill the admissions test application form, you will be contacted by the admissions office via email and/or telephone number you have provided. An admissions test will then be scheduled.

• The Admissions Test Fee is QAR 612 paid by credit card or cash.

Step 3

Based on the admissions test results and the curriculum equivalency chart, you will be asked to submit an Online Admissions Application Form and submit all the required documents. Copies of the applicant’s and the parent or guardian’s passport and Qatar ID (Residence permit number) must also be submitted

Please note, the application will not be considered until all the items have been received.

Step 4

After reviewing and verifying the submitted documents, and if your child meets the admissions requirements, we will contact you to make the non-refundable reservation fee payment that will secure your child’s seat. Please check the Fees Structure

E-ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

As a result of the current situation due to the COVID-19 virus, the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education has decided to shut down all schools and no students are allowed on school campuses. We, therefore, regret to inform you that we have cancelled all on-campus admission assessments (the MAP test) as well as school tours until further notice.

However, the Admissions Office is still accepting applications for 2020-21 school year. And to make sure the admission process of your child is not delayed, we have introduced an Online Admission Test Platform using Zoom. This will allow us to finalize the registration and admission of your child into our Circle of Excellence.

Please follow the steps below:

Before the Assessment:

• Download Zoom Application on your mobile IOS or Android
• Sign up by entering your email address
• This application will be used to monitor your child while doing his/her test
• Ensure your child is sitting in a quiet, closed space where he/she will not be disturbed

During the Assessment:

• Our admissions coordinator will be sending a meeting invitation through Zoom, make sure the mobile is placed in a position that shows the screen on which your child is doing the assessment (i.e. the phone should be placed on a table behind the student showing his screen and his surrounding)
• Click on the NWEA to retrieve the test:
• Our admissions office will provide you with the username and password for your assessment session and with test number you will be doing
• Our admissions office will be monitoring your progress live throughout the assessment
• If connection through zoom is lost, or the video conference is stopped for any reason our admissions office has the right to restart your assessment
• Results of your admissions assessment will be provided immediately after completing the test
