Lambrook School

Lambrook is a leading co-educational Prep School for 560 boys and girls aged 3-13, set in 52 acres of beautiful Berkshire countryside.

We have maintained our excellent Common Entrance results and we regularly receive a healthy number of academic, sport and music scholarships to a large spread of the most highly sought after senior schools in the country. In addition to this, Lambrookians achieve so much more outside the classroom; we have a strong reputation on the sporting circuit as well as in music and performing arts and we run an award winning extra-curricular programme. Most of all, we encourage our pupils to be kind to one another and to be concerned about the world in which they live. Our pupils are happy, and our priority is that they enjoy being at school each day.

We aim to prepare and equip our pupils for their senior schools and indeed, life beyond schooling. While they are at Lambrook, we give our pupils the ‘Feathers to Fly’ so that when they move on to the next stage of their educational journey, they will spread their wings and will take flight; leaving as confident, happy, engaging, mature, considerate and thoughtful young adults who are outward looking global citizens.

Our most important asset is our children. From 1860 to the present day, we have been nurturing boys and girls from the ages of 3 through to 13, giving them ‘feathers to fly’, ensuring that they enter senior school life as confident, outgoing, intelligent and creative young people.

We pride ourselves on our high academic standards, excellent facilities and sporting provision. Our weekly and flexi boarding is fun and friendly, with a real family atmosphere.

Lambrook is situated in 52 acres of Berkshire Countryside and offers some of the best facilities in the Independent Sector at Preparatory level, creating an environment in which our pupils can play explore, develop, create, grow and fulfil their potential.
