Elite International School

The fees listed below for Elite International School as approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Kindly note that Elite International School has submitted a request to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to increase its tuition fees and additional expenses. If the request is accepted, fees and payments will be adjusted based on what is approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

Seat Reservation Fee

A fee of (3300) QR for each currently registered or newly registered student, which will be deducted from the school fees for the first semester (non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances).

All fees mentioned above will be paid upon student’s registration in addition to the seat reservation fee (Entrance exam and Registration apply only for new students).

Fee Payments and Due Dates

First Semester fee: Due before 16 Aug. It includes the first semester fee, books fees, and transportation fees for the first semester (if any). The seat reservation fee will be deducted as it is considered part of the tuition fees.

Second Semester fee: Due before 01 Nov. It includes the second semester fee and transportation fees for the second semester (if any).

Payment Terms

Upon registration, payment is made in cash at the Accounting Office; QR (3,300) for the current students and QR (5,500) for the new students.

The remaining payments will be made according to the dates specified above. Payments can be in cash, by cheque or electronic transfer.

Note: Any returned cheque must be paid in cash to the Accounting Office within two days of receiving the bank's notice.

Payment Terms for Late Registration

• If the student is registered before 25 Dec, the first semester fee, books fees and transportation fees for the first semester (if any) must be paid in addition to all additional fees.
• If the student is registered on or after 25 Dec, the second semester fees, book fees and transportation fees for the second semester (if any) must be paid in addition to all additional fees.

Cancelling Registration

The cancellation rules apply to all educational cycles:

• Fees (entrance exam - registration - seat reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances).
• If a student's registration is canceled after the students' start date, the first semester fee, books fees and transportation fees for the first semester (if any) must be paid as shown above (if the student actually attended school).
• If a student's registration is canceled after the end of the first semester and the school is notified a month before the end of the first semester, the first semester fee, books fees and transportation fees for the first semester (if any) must be paid as described above.
• If a student’s registration is canceled after 01 Nov, the first semester fee, books fees as well as the second semester fees and transportation fees for the first and second semesters (if any) must be paid as described above.

Education/School Vouchers Payment System (Preschool to Grade 6 only):

Tuition fees, books fees, and transportation fees are paid only for Qatari students from Preschool to Grade 6 through the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The value of the voucher is (QR 28,000) (Twenty Eight Thousand Qatari Riyals only). If the school fees (Tuition, books and transportation) are higher than the value of the education voucher, the parents/guardian shall pay the difference between the voucher amount and the school’s fees set for the educational stage. In addition, parents must submit the following documents:

• Both parents/guardians are required to bring To Whom It May Concern letter from his/her workplace for the education vouchers between 01 Sep to 08 Aug.
• If the mother is Qatari not working, then she should submit letter from the Ministry of Administrative development, labor and social affairs between 01 Aug to 08 Aug.
• If the mother is not Qatari and not working, then she should submit a copy of her Qatar ID and should sign an acknowledgment and an undertaking to Elite International School between 01 Aug to 08 Aug.
• If the mother is not Qatari, divorced, outside the country, and all these three conditions are met, then the father should submit a copy of his Qatar ID and should sign an acknowledgment and an undertaking to Elite International School between 01 Aug to 08 Aug.
• If the parent (father/mother) is deceased, then concerned parent’s death certificate should be submitted between 01 Aug to 08 Aug.
• After student’s registration, parents must sign the education voucher consent form (for current and new students).
• MOEHE will not pay for your child/children until you submit aforementioned documents.

General Provisions

• The registration of any new student is canceled if he/she does not attend school during the first two weeks from the students’ start date without informing the school in writing.
• If a student is dismissed from the school or from the transportation service based on what the administration deems appropriate for any reason, paid amounts shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• To cancel a student’s registration, the parents/guardian needs to submit a written letter to the Student Affairs Office, mentioning the reasons.
• In the event of a delay in payment of any due amount, no statements, certificates, or results of the student will be issued before the parents/guardian pays the full due amount.
• Tuition fees do not include excursion fees.

All registration and cancellation rules apply to Qatari and non-Qatari students as described above.
