As an academic school that provides extensive care and co-curricular activities for our students, our fees and charges are reflective of the School’s purpose-built facilities that assist all students to achieve excellent results. Enrolling at our School means your child will become part of an academic program that consistently achieves 100% graduation and where our graduating students are highly sought after with university offers, GAP experiences and employment opportunities.
As an independent school, Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School is ineligible for government capital funding. Therefore we must meet full operating costs, building initiatives and programs from tuition fees and recurrent government grants.
A fee of $100 to cover administration costs, is required with the completed application form. This fee is non-refundable and applies to each child enrolled. Payment can by credit card at the completion of the online form, or via our payment page.
A non-refundable Endowment Fee of $2,000 for new families, is payable to the Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School Foundation Endowment Fund on receipt of an offer of a place at the School. This payment guarantees the child’s place and in conjunction with the signed Offer and Acceptance document, completes their enrolment. Endowment Fees are only paid for the first two children per family. By signing the Offer and Acceptance document, parents or guardians have agreed to be jointly and severally liable for all fees and other payments. Payments for the Endowment fee can be made online by visiting our online payment page.

School Fees are charged to family accounts quarterly and payment is due prior to the commencement of each term. Alternative payment arrangements on a monthly or fortnightly basis can be considered by the School but this would require prior discussion with the Director of Business & Administration or the Finance Manager. Such a payment program would require full payment by the end of each consecutive term.
