School Fees are invoiced prior to the beginning of each Term and are payable in advance. Fees are payable by the following dates:	29 January	21 April	14 July	7 October

There are four payment options to pay your fees directly to Toowoomba Grammar School:

Paying fees 12 months in advance - A 3% discount is applied for payment of the full year’s fees in advance.
Paying fees as they are invoiced each term.
Monthly Payment Arrangement - Under this arrangement there are 10 equal monthly payments from February to November. Direct Debit is prefered.
Fortnightly Payment Arrangement - Under this arrangement there are 22 equal fortnightly payments from February to November. Direct Debit is prefered.

Administration Charge for Late Payment - no payment arrangement	$60 per month
Administration Charge for Late Payment - payment arrangement	$20 per payment
Direct debit dishonour fee	$5 per dishonour

Parent Lounge	Go to www.twgs.qld.edu.au, select ‘Login > Parents > Parent Lounge’. This is via Visa/Mastercard. No credit card surcharges apply where payment is made through Parent Lounge.
BPAY	The BPAY details are on the Fee Statement. No surcharges apply.
In Person / Telephone	The Accounts office is located in School House. Office Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm. Cash, cheque and credit card accepted. Credit Card surcharges apply for payment in person & by telephone: Visa/Mastercard/Amex 0.8%.
Direct Debit	For payment arrangements go to www.twgs.qld.edu.au, select ‘Enrolments > Fees’ and complete the Direct Debit form OR contact the Finance department on (07) 4687 2516
Edstart	You can apply for an Edstart payment plan to spread your school fees into weekly, fortnightly or monthly installments, as well as extending payments over a longer period. More info: edstart.com.au/twgs
