West Point Grey Academy

Tuition fees are subject to change annually. Fees include workbooks, textbook rentals, classroom supplies, field trips and most outdoor education trips and club activities. Fees do not include uniforms or devices.   

International Students

Effective current year, international students are required to pay an additional $4,500. This covers the grant allowance the school will not receive from the provincial government.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Grade 8 Entrance Scholarships

We are pleased to offer entry scholarships to grade 8 applicants who demonstrate the potential to fulfill the school’s motto of “Shaping Lives of Inquiry, Action and Joy.” The $1,000 merit-based entrance scholarships are awarded to three incoming grade 8 students who are in good academic standing, who are actively involved in athletics, music and/or the arts, and who contribute to their school and/or community.

Musqueam Scholarships

We offer up to three full tuition scholarships to students from the Musqueam Nation every year. Although preference is given to applicants applying at our grade 1, 4 and 8 intake years, we accept applications for all grades. Families are asked to complete the Musqueam Scholarship Application. All students will be invited to take an assessment and attend a family interview.

Financial Assistance

We do not currently offer financial assistance. As our endowment builds, we look forward to providing financial support to families who would like to attend WPGA and require financial assistance. For more information, contact the Enrollment Team.
