Monthly Statements

The following will appear on monthly statements, and are payable on or before the 1st of each month:

• School fees
• Individual music lessons and entry fees
• Purchases through school, such as: Uniforms, Instrument hire, Stationery
• Bus fees
• Ad-Hoc Aftercare fees
• Clinic referrals
• Tours and Camps
• Swimming Registration/Entry fees.

Means and Needs

The Means and Needs programme is the only scholarship programme at Lebone and needs to be applied for by parents who cannot afford the full fee. The application for the programme is done through Lebone ‘s Finance Office and requires parent(s)/guardian(s) to submit the Means and Needs application form with supporting documents before further subsidy can be considered. Subsidies are dependent on family affordability, academic performance and behaviour of the student/s and are re evaluated every year.

Increases

Although the Board of Directors will always endeavour not to increase tuition fees during a school year, it reserves the right to do so if circumstances require it. An increase in fees can reasonably be expected each year to provide for inflation and other costs beyond our control.

Notice

A term’s written notice is required when withdrawing a student from the school. Both parties who signed the Acceptance of Place form remain liable for the payment of all outstanding accounts, unless other written agreements are lodged with the Finance Office.

Payments

All monies are paid into Lebone II’s ABSA bank current account directly or a debit order can be signed at the Finance Office. Only card payments are received at the school. Cash and/or cheques are not accepted. All fees are payable monthly in advance before the 1st of each month for 11 months, January through to November. Boarding costs are payable per term in advance for each of the four terms.
