Fees, Deposits and Charges

All fees include tuition, academic monitoring and guidance, pastoral care, a full programme of sport, academic resources and the majority of co-curricular and social activities. In addition, boarding fees include all meals, overnight accommodation, 24-hour pastoral and health care and laundry.

*International pupils are those who do not hold a British passport and whose principal residence is outside the UK. Fees include specialist English as an Additional Language (EAL) support as required, airport transfer booking service and other associated costs.

Registration & Deposits

  • Registration Fee: A fee of £100 per child is payable on registration and is non-refundable.
  • Acceptance Deposit: An Acceptance Deposit of £1,750 (boarding pupils) or £1,000 (day pupils) is payable when parents accept the offer of a place. The deposit is repaid by means of a credit without interest to the final invoice when leaving the school. Until credited, the deposit will form part of the general funds of the school.
  • Additional Deposit: For reasons of administration, an Additional Deposit of £2,000 is payable in addition to the Acceptance Deposit by parents of pupils whose normal residence is outside of the United Kingdom. Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Additional Deposit will be credited to the parents’ account when the pupil leaves the school.

Supplementary Charges
The school makes every effort to keep supplementary charges (incidental expenses or extras) to a minimum. Where charges are paid direct, they are subject to change without the usual notice.

Payment of Fees and Supplementary Charges

Fees and supplementary costs can be paid in three ways:
