Notes:

• Students joining in the first half of any term pay a full term’s fees. Students joining any time after half-term pay 50% of the term’s fees. Prorated fees are not available.
• Fees include lunches, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon snacks for full-time students.
• Examination (up to a maximum of one retake per unit) and textbook fees, including those for IGCSE and A-Level courses, are included in tuition fees and cannot be billed separately.
• For children joining as full or weekly boarders, the Acceptance Fee will be refunded at the end of three consecutive terms of boarding.
• Families enrolling more than two children pay only two acceptance fees.
• The Deposit Fee is payable when accepting a place at the School. It is fully refundable upon payment of all outstanding fees or debts to the School and providing at least one full term’s notice of withdrawal has been received by admissions@rugbyschool.ac.th. Additionally, the deposit cannot be used to offset any other fees and the usual time to process the refund is approximately 30 to 45 days after the last day of School.

Boarding Fees (THB)

Note: Boarding is available from Year 6 to Year 13 only.

Weekend transportation to and from Bangkok is available for weekly boarders subject to a charge.

English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Support for Learning (SFL) Fees (THB)

Please note that further EAL fees, including those for one-to-one support, may be applicable for students entering the School with lower than usual levels of English. The costs of these programmes may be added to those noted above.
