Tuition fees do not include the cost of school uniform, lunch, snacks, transport by school bus and excursions and trips. Discounts on tuition fees will be applied for siblings who are in the School at the same time, as follows: Third child (5%); Fourth child (10%); Fifth and subsequent children (15%). Fees are subject to annual review.

Other Charges

Laptops / iPads

Pupils in the 7s and 8s are required to have a personal iPad on admission. Pupils in the 9s and above are required to have a personal Apple laptop on admission. Pupils’ personal devices are stored and managed securely by the school, but remain the property of the pupil.

Expeditions

Pupils have various opportunities to participate in residential trips, expeditions, cultural visits, music and sporting trips and outdoor pursuits throughout the year. These are charged additionally on a pupil’s fee invoice.

Individual Music Lessons

Fees are charged for the whole term once enrolled. The invoice will be sent out by the Finance Department. No deduction of fees or make-up lessons will be arranged for absence from lessons or lesson cancellation. Please note that a pupil’s enrolment in lessons will be continued each term and each year until written notice to terminate lessons is received.

Pupil Withdrawal

To ensure the School has sufficient notice with which to plan fee levels, other academic and other resources and the curriculum, written notice of withdrawal, using the Withdrawal Form, of a pupil must be given in writing to the admissions office, and must be provided no less than 60 days prior to the child’s last day attending class at school.

Fees Policy

The school fees policies below form part of the contract between the School and parents, and should be read in conjunction with the School’s admissions policy and the standard Terms and Conditions. The School is committed to a fair and transparent policy in respect of fees and charges. Parents are expected to pay all fees. Fees are published annually in advance and are payable in Indonesian Rupiah.

Application Fee

An application fee of IDR 3m is charged to cover the costs of the admissions department in processing all applications for entry. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enrolment Deposit

A refundable Enrolment Deposit of IDR 7.5m is payable upon acceptance of an offer of enrolment. The deposit is refundable in full when the pupil leaves the school, provided that the pupil has provided written notice set out below or the pupil graduates from the schools highest year level.

Capital Contribution

A Capital Contribution of IDR 44.73m per year per pupil is paid annually. The contribution is non-refundable, non-transferable and is subject to annual review.

Materials Fee

A materials fee is paid annually. The materials fee is IDR 12.9m per year per pupil. The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and is subject to annual review.
