MKA is a robust school community with over 1000 students on three campuses (Pre-K-3rd, 4th-8th, 9th-12th). We function as one school through a clearly articulated curriculum whose hallmarks include our unique and longstanding Pre-K-12 Signature Programs: the Culture of Ethics, The Writing Challenge and The MKA Core, as well as a nationally recognized program for integrating technology in the curriculum. MKA was recognized as an Apple Distinguished School for 2013-2015 and provides a 1:1 laptop learning environment for our students. While over a third of our families live in Montclair, we draw students from eight counties and over seventy townships.
