Certainly a student centred approach is essential. Bachelors in Spanish or MFL alongside a PGCE or relevant country equivalent is required. Basic Spanish and Arabic speaking skills advantageous due to the bilingual setting. Ideally 2+ years’ experience’, within an IB school would be advantageous, however not essential as training can be provided.
Accommodation allowance is provided, with one annual flight, also extended to dependants. Private medical insurance, healthy relocation allowance and accommodation advice and care provided. Tuition for up to 2 dependants. The school offers a very good tax free salary.
