My teaching has covered various management areas, such as Organisational Behaviour, Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility foundation of leadership, Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, compensation and performance,Diversity at the Workplace, International Business, international management, Strategic management, and Research Methods and Methodologies. Also, I have solid experience in teaching and supervising research projects, MSc and PhD and ENBA students.
The focus of my research is managing the performance of human resources with a focus on management issues, such as diversity, culture and gendered time allocation as drivers of work practices and organisational policies. So, my research interest involves the internal organisational environment as well as the external environmental challenges. In doing so, I take into consideration the contemporary challenges brought about by global economic integration as well as technological advancement.
Throughout my academic career, I have been assigned various administrative roles, such as developing course specfication, syllabi, managing accreditation materials, monitoring quality assurance as well as advising students, and establishing collaborative engagement with UK educational institutions for developing academic partnerships. Additionally I have contributed to organize research conferences, seminars, and workshops. I am also a member of the NCAAA program accreditation committee for undergraduate programs, and as the chair of the MBA program accreditation committee, participate in the examination committee, and I am the president of the student management club.
