Since its beginnings, the UOC has been decisive in its commitment to quality and continuous improvement as the cornerstones of its strategy and as a differentiating factor and common feature of its activities. For this reason, the University has established a quality policy and has organized a quality system, defining its processes in line with the continuous improvement cycle, which describes four basic steps to achieve quality improvement: plan, do, assess or review, and act accordingly, that is, improve.

Los profesores están siempre dispuestos a aclararte. aunque si dedicas el tiempo necesario a las lecturas y visionado de vídeos y demás material, no será nada difícil entender y aprender. Voy por el 5º semestre y con ganas de terminar mi grado. 100 por 100 recomendada.

Información muy completa y atención muy profesional. Me presenté en una de sus oficinas y me atendieron enseguida, me resolvieron todas las dudas y me explicaron muy bien las condiciones (aunque en la propia web ya viene reflejado). Tengo muchos amigos que han cursado grados y masters y están muy contentos.

En general muy buena experiencia. Para los que trabajamos viene bastante bien, sobre todo si coges la evaluación continua. Es una universidad que prioriza el autoaprendizaje, hay consultores buenos y otros que no, como en cualquier universidad, pero la planificación de las PECS es muy buena en general y aprendes mucho porque no se basa en aprendizaje memorístico sino en casos prácticos sobre situaciones reales. No esperéis a profesores que os den una clase tutorial, las "castañas del fuego" te las tienes que sacar tú, y por eso aprendes. Me sorprenden algunas opiniones sobre la gestión administrativa. Yo nunca tuve ningún gran retraso en mis trámites pero tienes que tener en cuenta que es una universidad online, y que las consultas las tienes que hacer a tu tutor o en el apartado de consultas de tu campus virtual y no tardan más de 48 horas en contestarte. Luego hay que saber leer las normativas y no tendrás sustos como anulaciones de matrícula fuera de plazo etc. Se supone que somos universitarios y que estas cosas las sabemos resolver y no esperar a que alguien las resuelva por nosotros. Si lo que quieres es aprender entendiendo lo que haces, conciliarlo con tu vida laboral y familiar elije esta universidad. Si lo que quieres es que te resuelvan las cosas y te regalen el título, mejor busca otras opciones.
