Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• Act as an important member of digital marketing team.
• Create and keep program roadmaps up to date and enforce program policies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and execute projects defined in strategy roadmap in order to optimize/grow our clients
• Analyze & interpret data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities to gain insight about how to improve sales and overall performance
• Keep follow and recommend new media/channel/technology usage, try and learn from each
• Continuously optimize digital funnels and put into practice onsite and offsite improvements
• Understand relevant technology trends in web analytics and identify opportunities to enhance our analytic capabilities
• Continuously recommend and test new acquisition channels and technologies, try and learn from each
• Quantitatively forecast & assess the impact of all marketing activities and lead our clients

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• 2 years experience year digital performance marketing experience (must be agency experience)
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experienced on display and search marketing
• Ability to use performance marketing and online reporting tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must
• Ability to think innovative and creatively, keep up with new trends and technologies
