For almost 60 years, Presentation High School has empowered smart, creative, and confident young women to become advocates and leaders.

Presentation is an inclusive community that encourages the development of the whole person: spiritually, academically and personally. This balanced approach helps young women develop into critical thinkers who are prepared for college, career, and life.

In just four short years, our students become women of action who are driven by self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, spiritual growth and a deep sense of community.

As a Presentation community, we are firmly committed to standing in solidarity with communities who are marginalized, especially the Black community, and persevere against racism and any other system of oppression which go against our values rooted in justice, love and mercy. We recognize our position of privilege and want to share these resources with you, our Pres family, in addressing racism. Guided by our mission and motto, "Not Words, but Deeds," we encourage you to take the time to educate yourself by reading, and to get involved by signing petitions, donating to organizations, and holding people of color and our community in prayer.

At Presentation, we help create intellectually competent women of faith who are dedicated to working with others and committed to personal growth. We empower young women and want to do everything we can to ensure our school is a safe and nurturing learning environment where students can thrive. Our students' education and well-being are our number one priority.

Presentation High School is a secondary school for young women whose purpose and direction flow from the teaching mission of the Catholic Church and the educational ministry of the Sisters of the Presentation. This school strives to infuse the entire educational experience with the vision of life found in the Gospels. Each student is challenged to become a woman of faith, dedicated to working with others, intellectually competent and committed to her personal growth.

Presentation High School is an inclusive community that empowers young women to become fearless and faithful leaders determined to serve the world.

As an all-girls Catholic high school founded on the principles and values of foundress, Nano Nagle and the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary:

  • We believe that all persons have inherent dignity and are made in the image and likeness of God.
  • We are committed to an inclusive community which promotes respect, loving dialogue, equity, empathy, humility, courage, understanding, and societal awareness, both locally and globally.
  • We believe that diversity is a blessing that refers to the myriad of personal experiences, values, perspectives, talents, and worldviews that arise from differences in culture and circumstance.
  • We are committed to creating a diverse learning environment where each student may reflect on their own identity, experiences, talents, and abilities to lead and serve others in a way that is rooted in radical faith, compassion, justice and love.

All members of the Presentation community are responsible for advancing an understanding of and a respect for diversity as it includes, but is not limited to: ability, age, belief, ethnicity, family structure, gender, gender identity, learning style, race, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.

My daughter has flourished at Presentation High School in California. The American curriculum has provided her with a well-rounded education, and the dedicated teachers have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. We are thrilled with her progress.
