Rackets Academy

Rackets Academy was established with the primary objective of providing tennis training programs that adhere to the highest international standards and thus providing uncompromised benefit to the players. Our programs will create a balance between skill development, competition, fun and camaraderie that enables juniors and adults to develop a healthy and successful relationship to competitive tennis and sports in general.

Our carefully developed curriculum is designed to guide a player through the many development stages of the Tennis game. Attaining high tennis performance requires the regimented implementation of a long-term training plan designed to systematically regulate skill development, volume, intensity, training frequency and competition. Keeping in mind the Progressive Development viewpoint we have designed a program for each level with a clear path to advancement.

We work closely with local charities to offer tennis to underrepresented groups in our community. RA, along with Autism Rocks, has launched a complimentary Tennis Program whereby the training was adapted to each child’s specific developmental needs, with a child assigned to his or her own instructor, and modules that progressed from basic motor skills to more advanced tennis skills. The participants seem to gain confidence, a sense of belonging, accomplishment, and camaraderie. Everyone was a winner!

Our aspiration is to develop and attain a group of committed Performance Players who will represent the Academy in various competitions and who will in return be promoted and supported by the Academy. To track development and encourage progress each player will be continuously monitored and progress tracked & reported. We understand the importance of the coach and have thoroughly vetted, identified and recruited coaches that meet our stringent criteria including reputation, accreditation, technical and social skills.
