Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Reception Manager to work for Al Futtaim Toyota. The main responsibility of this role is to provide a supervisory management function for all Service Advisors. To lead a reception team ensuring efficient and professional manner is maintained. Act as a role model to demonstrate and promoting standards expected by practicing and creating the energy and the enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
What you will do
- Ensure that all Reception Hosts and Service Advisors provide a “Customer Centric” environment that is geared to the highest level of customer satisfaction and promotes our Customer Service Values.
- Ensure the accurate flow of customer, vehicle information to ensure the vehicles are Fixed Right First time and delivered based on the customer promised delivery time.
- Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrates a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick n’ span and safety that promotes a customer centric environment.
- To adhere to all departmental procedures
- Ensure the tracking of the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labour hours and other sales.
Required skills to be successful
- Minimum 2-3 years of Reception Supervisor experience in the automotive
- Experienced in managing the operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Experienced in managing a team of 6-10 staff
- Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage
