Education has been often one of the most important grounds that success depends on in all the various aspects of our life. As a vision made real and a circle of the series of the educational institutions meeting the national needs and ambitions, Retaal International Academy (RIA) has been today a luminous image of education in Jordan and an example to have the goals of the Ministry of Education (MOE) attained. A teaching staff has been employed by the RIA that is highly of competence, ethics and proper approach. Verily, teachers are to be a good example to our students by means of the various cultural activities during the margin left to us in educating and teaching the students the virtuous objectives and good ethics and assisting them to do what they have or what is deemed desirable for them to do of jobs in harmony with their levels. Therefore, we at the Directing Board have insisted on directing the school administration toward what is best to serve the educational process with holding training and orientation courses to our teachers at different times.

Since development is an inevitable necessity imposed by the reality and persistent competition among all, all the available capacities have been adopted; most importantly technology as a major element of the educational process. To end, RIA is of hope to have more effort exerted and achieve the successes we wish to our students to compete the latest aspects of modern education. We are together on the way to push up our students toward a better future as they and our precious Jordan will have attained the highest levels and a distinct status of education. We care for excellence in education through the following issues:

• Educational management which has wide expertise.
• Backing up textbooks by a variety of co-curricular activities and remedial classes, not to mention a variety of clubs.
• Carefully-chosen teachers in view of their capabilities, expertise and behavior.
• Employing a wide range of teaching and learning strategies. Examples of these strategies are: project learning, collaborative learning, critical thinking, creative thinking, independent learning and e-learning.
• Websites which provide distance learning for both teachers and students.
• Educational programs aiming at planting values and good manners in our students.
• Well-equipped libraries, computer labs, Internet, auditorium, swimming pools and covered-with-artificial-grass playgrounds of different purposes.
• Religion, cultural, scientific, athlete competitions backed up by prizes for students who participate in such competitions. In addition to that, there are prizes for students who memorize parts of the Holy Qur’an.
• Scholarships for distinguished students.
• A school clinic which cares for students.
• Special programs for KG kids which aim to provide the latest methods in dealing with them.

Considerably training the students to cooperate and interact with others and enabling them to understand the world civilizations and how significant constructive dialogue with them is; Having integrated the educational goals of all stages in a way that they lead to one integrative indisputable scheme with both theoretical and practicable aspects that are related to the reality with its all various changes and developments.
