I went to Rolla Academy of Bur Dubai (Dubai) with a pride of my over a decade of teaching and research expriences and expertise in the short course training topic (Personality Development) which I was about to attend in Rolla. I was wondering if I could get a different and more tangible insight about the topic. Yet, I began to be interested in pusuing the course just from the pre board of the course - being impressed by the novel and customized approaches that the principal trainer of the course (Ms Irufa Nizar) and course delivery facilitator (Mr Saddam) demonestrated during pre course contacts with me. I'm very much in debted to both. Irufa was excellent at delivery of the course both in terms of approach/mode and knowledge of contents. She is well organized, usually positively oriented and easy to emphatize her trainees. She was not reserved to pour her wisdom to help me explore and discover lots of my dark and white spots. She pushed to a level to show me how I can tap into those spots to positively make use of each in real life (both job and personal purposes). Huge appreciations I rwmain to have for you (Irufa). I will keep admiring how you were able to positively change my thoughts and pride about my prior knowledge and skills. Same acknowledgement also goes to Saddam (wonderful facilitation). My name is ANISH. I like this institute because it’s so professional. The trainer are so professional. I could notice that my Arabic language has been improved. I’d like to thank the Trainer Ms ATIKA. Our trainer Ms Atika is very good at teaching arabic language. I really enjoyed attending the course with her.
