Sear Rogers International School (SRIS) is guided by a government green paper in the UK called “Every Child Matters,” that sets out to provide guidelines designed not only to protect children, but to see that they are achieving in all spheres of life. These outcomes are the result of ground breaking research in education that takes into consideration the views of young people and their families: We also believe that STEAM is valuable for every student. However, if the students were misbehaving and creating a lot of problems, then the 50 years of service would seem non-ending. Children are constantly being influenced by the different environments, upbringing, and living habits surrounding them. They need our continuous guidance, patience and care. Educating the young is indeed an endless task for all educators.
On the other hand, there are times when we feel comforted by the gradual progress of our children under the guidance and patience of our staff. The teaching staff devotes their time and effort into creating a warm and loving learning environment for our children. Through their devotion and care, our children have become outstanding and knowledgeable individuals with integrity.
Our parents have shown their trust and support towards the contribution and hard work of our staff. With the constant review and improvement of our work, the children are also growing and improving together with the school.

Horrible experience. Im unable to grow as a person even only after 4 years of study here. Its quite dull and boring, lacking adequate extra-curricular activities and co-curricular activities.
Learning is mostly old style being taught with textbook, whiteboard, and homework. While im used to this style of teaching, the school should also incorporate more interactive and more active ways of teaching.
While the quality of teachers are good, they do not usually stay for more than a year, it keeps changing. Many of the teachers that left went for more reputable and more renowned schools.
Finally, they fired a capable headteacher for wanting to add more value to the school. He proposed reforms in learning aproaches, more extra-curricular activity choices, and overseas trips.
The headteacher before him (who held his position for 4 years at least) was incompetent. He alienated some of the teachers back then. He waived suspension of some naughty students that deserved it. He turned this school into a Cambridge examination center which i think is a waste of money and a minor inconvenience to juniors during the examinantion period.
