Job Summary
Wood is currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Role-Specific Skills
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Electrical engineering design and analysis.
- Thorough awareness of relevant international codes and standards.
- Experience in FEED and Detail Engineering jobs
- Experience in brownfield jobs
- Experience in Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor package management
- Experience of the application of HAZOP, e-HAZOP, 3D Model and Constructability Review to Electrical design.
- Experience with Electrical design for prefabricated/modular packaged equipment.
- Experience in Power System modelling and study on ETAP
- Previous experience of working on site for construction support would be an advantage
- Previous experience of working in the Middle East/Iraq would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on assigned scope independently
- Ability to lead designers and junior engineers
- Proficient in the use of Navisworks, Lighting calculation Software (Dialux etc.) and MS-office
- Good Oral and Communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate team working skills.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude.

- 10 year of relevant experience in oil & gas industry.
