Job Summary
Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out a range of human resource activities such as collating HR data and requirements, participating in the design, execution and evaluation of Human Resources Planning & Development processes and developing technical HR documents with direction and guidance. Also, they are responsible for acting as a point of contact for internal customers providing information and clarifying any human resource and organization development issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine activities within the specified scope.
- Coordinate internally to identify competencies required for jobs within each sector and participates in monitoring effective usage of the STC’s competency dictionary, under the guidance of immediate senior.
- Collate data used for various Human Resources processes including training needs, high potential information, work force requirements, employee engagement data etc., by coordinating internally with various sectors.
- Review administrative tasks in the design of various end – to – end Human Resources processes, in compliance with established standards.
- Collate requirements and data from all sectors pertaining periodic surveys of salary structure, grading methodology, employee engagement, internal customer satisfaction and leadership performance (through 360 degree surveys).
- Receive all queries and complaints related to periodic HR surveys and acts as a first point of contact for resolution/clarification of any issues.
- Consolidate Human Resources material (such as training material, policy and guideline documents, organization structure documents, workforce optimization material, employee engagement reports, benchmark data) and coordinates with the Document Management Department to update the database on a regular basis.
- Gather data from employees across STC to garner customer feedback on the Human Resources service being provided to the business.
- Coordinate with external consultants and participates in the payment procedures, as and when required.
- Prepare technical reports related to human resource activities, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role.
- Identify any recurring process issues or discrepancies and makes recommendations to improve current processes.
- Help with routine work and escalates issues, as necessary.
- Liaises within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.
Qualifications/Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources
Years of Experience
A minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
Nature of Experience
Prior experience in Corporate Academies in Leadership/Executive Development in specific or L&D
Desired Skills & Knowledge
- Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in business acumen
- Basic proficiency in end – to – end human resource process design
- Intermediate proficiency in report writing
