Prepare FEED & detailed engineering drawings of onshore oil & gas flowlines, trunk lines and pipelines Able to read, review and apply Site Topographical Survey drawings and data
Develop Overall Routing Maps and Layouts, Plot Plans, Pipeline Alignment sheets, LUP (Land Used Permission), Plants and
Understand Pipeline detail engineering standards, including spacing requirements, accessibility, operation, maintenance, crossings and right of way (ROW) and the relevant International Standards, and able to learn and understand client’s standards and specifications
Verify that all designs are to required standards and that the objectives of the project are met
Carry out study and design work using WOOD and Client design methods, standards and data, to a high quality and in accordance with Project requirements
Ensure that WOOD and Client’s Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are being complied and that all the produced deliverables are complied with QA / QC and ISO System requirements of WOOD
Perform all assigned work to agreed standards for safety, health environment and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance
Provide assistance to other disciplines and participate in review meetings (if requested), in accordance with Project requirements
Support internal development and continuous improvement activities as required
Participate in and advice on all design activities and initiatives, including provision of training / inductions, documentation review
Verify that the work is completed to the agreed schedule
Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering
Relevant experience in upstream oil and gas of projects
10+ years of onshore upstream pipelines experience preferably in the Middle East
Experience with Saudi Aramco projects is preferable
Experience with another international design firm required (previous experience with Wood advantageous)
Preferred experience in an onshore pipeline environment within the Upstream and Midstream –Industry, including Middle East experience
Able to work in FEED environment as well as in detailed design
Proved experience in Micro Station is required
Knowledge and experience in Google Earth Pro Maps preparation is required
Experience in AutoCAD is preferred
Familiar with the relevant International standards (previous experience with Saudi Aramco is advantageous) and Codes of Practice and competent in the design, specification and selection of pipeline systems to meet the requirements

Candidates must be either Saudi National or Transferable Iqama holder or Candidate must possess qualification certificate attested by Saudi Embassy & Culture
