Senior Voice / Non-voice Analyst

Job Summary

Jobs at this level are responsible for Identifying critical patterns and trends in financial data for Voice/Non-voice services to provide greater confidence in financial reporting. Also, supporting operations planning, resolving complex/financial customer , management and Finance queries and driving action plans to address the issue.

Key Responsibilities

• Auditing and reviewing financial data and make sure it will be reflected correctly in GL.
• Performs routine activities within the specified scope.
• Provides fine quality audit evidence through the use of advanced data analytics in the audit to provide greater confidence in financial reporting.
• Provide relevant feedback during the audit to improve business processes and controls.
• Participates in the decisions concerning customer service operations for smaller teams and implements approved policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Supports customer service representatives in resolving complex/financial customer, management, Finance queries, and devises relevant action plans to address the issue and escalates.
• Ensures that the team understands the additional customer needs and sells STC’s products and services, accordingly, in order to contribute in maximizing business opportunities and retention.
• Assists in preparing financial reports and schedules that will be delivered to management and other departments.
• Liaises within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or in a related discipline.

Required Experience

2-4 years of experience in auditing/preparing financial data in associate auditor organization.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

• High proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• High proficiency in reporting skills.
• Fluent in English (passed in TOFEL or IELTS is preferred).
