St. John Paul II Catholic High School

St. John Paul II Catholic High School is a college preparatory school for grades 9-12, located in Huntsville, Alabama, and serving North Alabama. Founded in 1996 as Catholic High School, St. John Paul II Catholic High School is sponsored by the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama. The school holds accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and membership in the National Catholic Education Association.

Our educational services are comprised of a stellar academic curriculum, a Christ-centered spiritual formation platform, a growing athletic program, and a dynamic visual and performing arts course of studies. These formational elements offer an environment to shape young men and women who will competently storm the world of academics, science, law, human services, medicine, technology, humanities, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

In a caring, supportive atmosphere, our JPII outstanding college-preparatory curriculum fosters intellectual curiosity and value formation. For more than 22 years, JPII has been committed to spiritual growth, academic excellence, cultivation of the fine arts, and formation of athletic skills. St. John Paul II Catholic High School develops young people in spirit, mind and body to foster a lifelong discipleship of Christ in the sacramental life of the Church. St. John Paul II Catholic High School offers an accessible and affordable quality college-preparatory academic program in a Catholic-centered environment.
