To be an exceptional community of learning, We have an unwavering commitment to the education of boys and our mission is to provide an exceptional education that brings out the very best in every boy. Since its foundation in 1847, Saints has emphasized a sense of service honored through selflessness, and this value remains strong and constant in the fabric of School life. Today, and for the past 173 years, our most important work is shaping the character of the boys and young men at Saints – developing a sense of service, courage, commitment and integrity.

St Peter’s College is a Christian school and, as part of the Anglican Church of Australia, is serious in its commitment to form young men in the Christian faith. Christianity is at the center of the School’s focus on enriching the minds, bodies and spirits of students. Influencing every part of the life of the School, the Christian faith is actively taught and practiced, and it forms a critical part of our wellbeing program.

As a Christian school, the person and work of Jesus of Nazareth is at the heart of everything we do. As an Anglican school, we recognize the balance that Scripture, tradition and reason brings to every boy’s wellbeing. St Peter’s College is an active and meaningful place of worship, led by the School Chaplains and with student participation. Our teachings and services encourages students to explore their spirituality and think about their faith. Services occur on most days in the historic and beautiful School Chapel.

Education is a life journey and the aim of St Peter’s College is to undertake this journey in partnership with parents. In our co-parenting role, we share responsibility for the successful navigation of each student through childhood and adolescence. At Saints, both the School and parents are committed to and share the same values, and we work together to prepare our boys for a life fully engaged in all the possibilities and challenges that lie ahead.
