Teacher of Economics & Humanities

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Teach DP Economics and MYP Humanities Communicate and meet with parents
• Provide in-class student support
• Record and share with parents assessment data at regular intervals during the school year
• Collaborate with colleagues from within and outside of the department
• Engage in Professional Development
• Participate in departmental and other meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have suitable subject and teaching qualifications. Experience with MYP and PBL and experience teaching the IB Diploma is preferred. Training in current methodology in the teaching of both native- speakers and second-language learners at the Secondary level would be advantageous.
