Trusity’s GESS 2025 Triumph and School Partnerships Propel Youth Entrepreneurship

Trusity, the accredited skill-tech platform and Dubai SME-certified incubator, continues to reinforce its leadership in future-ready education through the successful implementation of its TruPreneurs program in multiple variations across leading schools in the UAE, alongside receiving recognition at the GESS Education Awards 2025.

Last quarter, Trusity successfully concluded the GEMS Our Own Indian School (OIS) x Trusity Incubator program and GEMS Legacy School (GLS) x Trusity Incubator program. Offered across middle and high-school, students progressed through a structured learning pathway, covering problem identification, solution validation, business modelling, financial forecasting, and communication. The initiative culminated in a competitive investor-style pitch, where the top 10 student-led ideas were shortlisted for incubation consideration under Trusity’s Dubai SME-certified incubator, TruNext.

From OIS, the winning student team, Nano Guard, addressed a critical public health challenge by developing a discreet, sensor-based solution to detect vaping aerosols in school environments. Their project demonstrated strong societal relevance, technical depth, and market potential, earning them incubation and mentorship support to further develop their solution into a viable venture. Through the integration of the entrepreneurship and innovation program into the school’s co-curricular framework, GLS students underwent hands-on training in financial literacy, business modelling, sustainability-focused innovation, and investor communication, enabling them to translate classroom learning into practical applications.

At GLS, the program concluded with a startup pitch showcase judged by industry experts, celebrating student creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. The winning team, Astro28, presented TerraBind – a sustainable construction solution using recycled concrete reinforced with natural hemp fibres. Designed with an interlocking, snap-fit mechanism, TerraBind reduces construction waste, eliminates the need for additional cement, and lowers carbon emissions, highlighting the program’s emphasis on sustainability-driven solutions.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Lalitha Suresh, Principal of GEMS Our Own Indian School, stated:

“At OIS, innovation is not just a strength, it is our identity and a core pillar of our vision to nurture dynamic, future-ready learners. The OIS Incubator Program is a reflection of this vision in action. Through our partnership with Trusity, our students gained exceptional exposure to entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills, experienced real-world mentorship, and earned prestigious opportunities including scholarships and product incubation support. This collaboration has empowered our young innovators to transform thoughtful ideas into impactful solutions and this is only the beginning.”

Similarly, Ms. Asha Alexander, Principal and CEO of GEMS Legacy School, emphasised the importance of experiential learning:

“Aavishkar was more than a showcase of ideas – it was a celebration of young minds daring to observe, question, and create. At The InnoPreneurs Showcase, we witnessed our middle schoolers transform curiosity into problem-solving and imagination into purpose. These twelve teams reminded us that innovation is not only about solutions, but also about communication, collaboration, and the courage to articulate one’s vision. We celebrated not just what our students had built, but who they are becoming – confident thinkers, thoughtful innovators, and empathetic leaders for the future. Congratulations to all our InnoPreneurs.”

Trusity’s growing impact through school partnerships was further recognised at the GESS Education Awards 2025, where the organisation was named a winner for the second time, following an earlier win in 2023. The award acknowledges Trusity’s consistency in quality, differentiated approach to skill development, combining entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, and technology-enabled learning to bridge the gap between academic instruction and real-world application.

At the core of this approach is TruPreneurs.AI, the world’s first knowledge-grounded, multi-agent AI entrepreneurship platform. Built on proprietary research and evidence- backed curricula, the platform delivers personalised learning pathways, rubric-based assessment, and application-focused project mentoring using regionally contextualised data. Through its integrated incubator, TruNext, high-potential student projects receive structured mentorship, strategic guidance, and ecosystem access to support their journey from idea to startup.

Commenting on the programs and recognition, Rajani Nalla, Founder C CEO of Trusity, said:

“The successful execution of TruPreneurs across multiple schools, along with our recognition at the GESS Education Awards, reflects a shared belief that meaningful change is driven through collaboration, consistency, and structured implementation.

By working closely with schools and students, we continue to witness impactful, real- world solutions being ideated and built when education is delivered through an interdisciplinary approach, combined with transferable skills training and authentic opportunities for application. This empowers students to think beyond textbooks, apply learning meaningfully, and build solutions that contribute to a better world. Our goal is not to replace existing education systems, but to complement and strengthen them, enabling students to apply knowledge with confidence, creativity, and purpose.”

As education systems evolve in response to rapid technological and economic change, Trusity continues to work closely with schools and educators to integrate entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and innovation into measurable, curriculum- aligned learning journeys, preparing students to navigate complexity and lead in an increasingly dynamic world.
