The DET is an excellent qualification for teachers looking to upgrade their teaching and training credentials, DET introduces effective teaching practices and course delivery models to professional teachers. Awarded by Pearson, the world’s largest learning company, this course allows teachers and trainers to teach in a wide range of contexts and achieve the QTLS status.
In addition to BTECs, the college will also be offering English language training at various levels for students. Students who are non-native speakers with limited or no formal English qualifications can join our English Language Training programme which will be delivered simultaneously so that students can perform better in assignments and progress smoothly.
We also offer General English, Business English and IELTS preparation courses to students and working professionals. Our English courses help students improve proficiency and gain confidence in communication. We are a British Council certified IELTS testing center where we provide students the convenience of training and testing at the same facility.
The College offers accommodation and visa support to both local and international students along with attractive discount and instalment schemes.
On completing BTEC qualifications, students can move to higher levels of BTEC, gain an entry level employment of transfer to more than 200 universities globally to continue their academic journey.

If you need a homely, family based environment that happens to teach you and educate you in a totally different and practical approach then this is the place for you to go! With amazing lecturers and a very cooperative management, this place is a really great place to do your higher studies in. And they've got great partnerships with other colleges as well!

Both of my kids did their BTEC level 3 in business this year at UKCBC.
As parents we are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, both in teaching and support from teachers, heads of department and staff alike, specifically Dr. Tajwar, who was always available for any inquiries we had about the progress of our children and she went out of her way to make the whole experience, a pleasant one for us as parents and for the kids.
