UWE Bristol alumni are entitled to a tuition fee discount of 25% on our full-time and part-time taught postgraduate courses.
There are some full-time and part-time courses where the 25% discount does not apply. View the 2020/21 alumni discount exclusion list for full details. Postgraduate research students (PhD, DPhil, MPhil, Prof Doc) are eligible for a 25% discount on the first year of study only if their course is full time, and for the first two years of study only if on a part-time course.
The discount does not apply to retake modules, integrated/continuing professional development courses or degree apprenticeships.
How to claim the discount
Simply include your UWE Bristol student number in your postgraduate study application. If you don't know your student number, provided your personal details haven't changed our systems will identify your record. The discount will be applied as soon as your entitlement has been confirmed.
Payment
The discount equals 25% off the full course cost. The discount will be applied at the start of the course for full-time students. Part-time students will receive the discount at the start of each new study year.
UWE Bristol alumni who have successfully completed a UWE Bristol degree programme (foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate) including students who have successfully completed a UWE Bristol degree programme which is delivered at one of our partner institutions in the UK or overseas.
