Valeriia started practicing yoga 10 years ago and discovered that yoga can heal your body through your soul. Yoga for Valeria isn’t part of morning exercises, but a lifestyle and a philosophy, which she wishes to share with every curious mind.
I tend to teach in a gentle, joyful manner. The emphasis for me as a teacher is to provide students with an overall good experience, a safe and effective practice and a chance to experience a feeling of achievement by overcoming their mental and physical limits. Classes are designed to develop awareness, balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, and relaxation. Some classes are built around a specific focus on a chosen theme. Like a time of the day, a body part or induced physiological effect, for example (yoga class for legs/hips/back flexibility, energizing yoga class, morning yoga, etc...). Also, I include breathing exercises or meditation.
