WSCS is the only university in Poland where the members of the Rector’s Advisory Board are at the same time general managers of the world’s biggest IT companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Intel, IBM and Oracle.Our School is one of the most dynamically developing private universities which is also unique due to the fact that we offer studies in one and only field of science – computer science.

The main educational goal of WSCS is to equip its students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to become a professional within the selected computer science specialization. The School also offers free and paid courses and workshops to its students which will additionally enhance their abilities and enrich their experience as IT specialists. The School cooperates with the largest IT companies on a regular basis which in turn offer our students and graduates free and paid internships that are part of the curriculum and enable students to check their own skills in the real world of IT related work. The School participates in international projects organized by the greatest IT companies such as IBM Scholars Program, Microsoft IT Academy, Cisco Networking Academy, Oracle Academic Initiative and SAP Academic Project.

WSCS has 4 halls with seats for 130 students, 12 laboratories including modern network laboratories built according to Cisco standards and computer graphic laboratory, 6 seminar rooms, conference room, students’ café and bar, gym, library and reading room as well as archives and other administration offices.

If you really want to study computer science and work within the IT sector in a place that is exclusively dedicated to this field of science, then Warsaw School of Computer Science is the right place to begin your career.Some students may wish to combine studying and working while they are in Poland. Full-time students and those who have temporary residence permit do not need a work permit to be able to find employment in Poland.

The Master of Science in IT Project Management program offers students knowledge and skills needed to solve real-world IT project management problems. Project management is the discipline of organizing, securing and managing resources so as to complete the project within the defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints within acceptable levels of risk. The Master of Science in Project Management program, along with a valuable academic qualification, provides students with the professional expertise needed to plan and execute a range of IT projects and to avoid typical pitfalls of missed deadlines and mismanaged resources.

Additionally, the program enables students to gain experience in currently-available project management methodologies, and introduces new developments regarding management decision support tools like simulation and artificial intelligence techniques. Because of evolving character of the discipline students are taught concepts and skills required to develop new, or enhance existing, procedures to solve project management problems.

The course runs for two years (four semesters) from October 2017 to June 2019. There is one break during the winter semester around Christmas and another break during the summer semester around Easter.Students will be organized into two groups, one full time group with classes taking place during the day and one part-time group with classes taking place in the late afternoons and evenings.Students are expected to earn 120 ECTS within the period of study and obtain the title of Master of Science enabling them to take up other postgraduate courses and apply for PhD programs at all Polish and foreign universities.

Warsaw School of Computer Science offers prospective students a Master of Science in IT Project Management course. The program lasts two years (4 semesters) and the language of instruction is English.The course will start on 29th September 2017. Full-time students will have classes from Tuesday to Friday and part-time students will have classes from Wednesday to Sunday.
