I did a Level 3 Safeguarding Course and was very happy with it. There was a good balance between instruction and student participation. Likewise, there was emphasis both on theoretical/legal aspects along with practical implementation.
The course was well paced and organised. I was very happy with it. I will certainly be returning for training courses with Zen in the future.

Had a customer service training from Zen Pd services. Our company send us to attend a customer service training to enhance our skills and learn new things about customer service. The trainer was very knowledgable on what she is saying and she is very experienced.
