We offer one of the most spacious playgrounds in the UAE equipped with swings, climbing structures, trikes and play houses, and our children gain a firsthand nature education in our beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. Family Involvement
There are many opportunities for parents and families to be involved at ODYSSEY KHALIFA. The Parent’s Committee, Teacher Appreciation Committee, & Class moms are all examples of opportunities to be involved. We have an open door policy and parents are welcome to volunteer anytime. We also hold many events throughout the year for you to enjoy with your child.
Our play-oriented curriculum provides many experiences to learn and enjoy. These experiences are balanced carefully between teacher- directed and self-exploration activities.

We started bringing out daughter to Odyssey Nursery when she was just 8 months old. The staff are an extremely caring and loving group of people. Our daughter formed strong attachments and bonds with several of the caregivers/teachers. She loved going there and we never had any concerns that she was being well cared for and that she was safe. They also keep the site very clean. We were sad when she had to leave!

My my daughter Natalia is really enjoying her time at the Odyssey Nursery, making many friends and learning and growing in a safe, secure and fun environment. I feel the nursery has been integral to her physical, social and mental development.

Last term was Abdulla's first time attending nursery and we were very nervous due to the situation with the pandemic. We were most nervous about dropping him off alone in a new environment. However, the whole team in Odyssey exceeded our expectations. From welcoming the students in the morning with smiles, music, bubbles, to keeping us updated via the Educore app.
As for his development since he started nursery, we could tell he has become more focused, more eager to learn and always asking questions. It's a big testament that he loves his teacher and looks forward to going back to nursery the next day. We chose odyssey for it's tri-lingual curriculum and Ms. Aya has been great at delivering to the promise. We appreciate her proficiency in both arabic and english. Her music sense also gives her a huge advantage not just with the kids, but also with us. We often find ourselves enjoying her virtual classes along with the kids. It is very rare to come around a teacher with her grace. Her passion for what she does is very evident.
On another note, we have to also commend the nursery's due diligence when implementing all the regulations put in place during these tough times. The virtual nursery program is excellent. We keep on raving about it. And, yes! We highly recommend Odyssey to everyone who asks. Our only regret is not being able to physically be in the nursery to attend classes/events but hopefully that will be sorted soon enough when this pandemic is behind us.

Thank you to Miss Hana, Miss Lamia, Miss Rose, Miss Arlene, Miss May... and say thank you to Lama, the nurse, who have always been very kind. You're a good team.
We are very grateful for what you've done for Julian and us. In the first place you've given Julian a safe second home where he has learned so much, and where he has enjoyed playing and making friends. Thanks to you he enjoys going to school and he has become a sociable child. I remember when he was sick, he cried that he couldn't go to the nursery.
Although he has been with you for 1 year, 2 trimesters in French and 1 in English, his languages have improved a lot. According to his English teacher his English is very good and he really wants to learn French.
Odyssey is in our hearts forever. Such a peaceful, wonderful place with the most amazing outdoor playground I've ever seen in a nursery. I will always keep the memory of Julian on his bike.

Comme tous les parents nous sommes soucieux de l’éducation de notre enfant. En arrivant sur Abu Dhabi nous voulions une école qui à la fois conserve à mon fils son niveau d’Anglais et le prépare à rentrer à l’école française. Odyssey est la parfaite réponse à nos attentes. Les méthodes éducatives y sont en adéquation avec son envie d’explorer : L’enfant est libre de découvrir et d’expérimenter par lui-même et l’apprentissage utilise des supports innovants et la plupart du temps relie à la nature.
Les avancées de notre enfant sont suivies en temps réel et un rapport hebdomadaire nous permet de suivre son évolution et comprendre ce qui est vu en classe. Au-delà du projet éducatif c’est aussi une équipe pédagogique qui considère les enfants et un endroit où il aime retourner tous les jours.

Our daughter Ana was never separated from mom (or dad) from the moment she was born. Except for parents, Ana never had any caregiver before, not even an occasional nanny. It was the way we wanted to be but when we decided it is time for her to start nursery, we were aware that it will be a challenge for all of us.
We started researching nurseries and what we looked for in the first place is warm and caring people who will take good care of Ana. It was our top priority that Ana feels comfortable and loved every day, without us being there. To be excited when going to nursery, to play and smile.
On the other hand, we also wanted the intellectually and physically challenging environment for her. And to be exposed to more than one language.
After one term in Odyssey Nursery, I can tell you - we found all that and much more!
The whole Seashells team, led by Ms Jenel, did an AMAZING job with settling Ana in. It was hard work, as expected, but they gave their all! From day one Ana got the affection, care, profound commitment to make her feel good and love the environment. She started loving the mornings when we pack her bag for “school” together and started talking about playing with friends. She is very active so she is enjoying the beautiful outdoors playground and all the indoor activities which are carefully prepared to stimulate every part of her absorbent little brain.
Honestly, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the Odyssey Nursery. They showed us their expertise in child care, true meaning of the individual approach and genuine effort to make our child happy while playing, learning and developing her potential in a group of peers. After all, that is what nurseries are made for!
