Job Summary
The Section Head – Master’s Program, manages the implementation and administration of executive level programs at the PSUAD.
Conducts and prepares feasibility studies on potential new programs in collaboration with faculty, Registrar staff and the Finance Department and works with the Communications Department to launch and market programs.
Supports faculty needs by overseeing tasks such as class scheduling, preparing travel itineraries for professors on assignment and coordinating delivery of student materials and classroom support.
Works with the Registrar and Student Recruitment to identify and target potential program candidates.
Builds corporate relations with private and public organizations and takes into consideration their needs when proposing changes or additions to program offerings.
He/she organizes all activities related to academic assignments and invigilates examinations when required. Works with the Registrar to ensure assessments and exams are coordinated.
Acts as the focal point for all student related issues and inquires as it relates to program offerings.
Supervises a small support team.
Minimum Experience:
5-10 years academic support experience and/or teaching as faculty in the higher education sector.
