Job Summary
- The Administrative Assistant- Student Affairs support the Head of Department to assist the respective sections with the department for administrative duties.
- He/she maintains a follow up to be submitted to superior in charge, of student healthcare with the PSUAD Clinic nurses and Doctors & Psychologist.
- He/she oversee the Students Open Center on a daily basis.
- He/she schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for student’s participation in all events related to the department.
- He/she coordinate for student council monthly meetings, prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on its projects and its budget.
- He/she maintain a follow up of student healthcare with the PSUAD clinic nurses and doctors.
- He/ She set up and maintain the relevant filing system.
- He/ She provide administrative support to the head of department such as filing and resolving a range of administrative problems and enquiries.
- He/she prepare information to be uploaded onto the PSUAD website in order to promote the cultural, social and sport activities and events.
- Guide students in relation to selection of the cultural, social and sporting programs offered at PSUAD to ensure they find activities that will stimulate their minds
