Job Summary

An Outreach Officer is required that will help and conduct outreach programs for school children in the UAE and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinating the school visits by contacting the schools and scheduling visits weekly
  • Review the education content for the school (activities sheet, presentation)
  • Planning activities for the school children
  • Prepare database with the students information and a report about each School visit
  • Prepare a report regarding the students’ feedback and contribution
  • Collaborate and help the presenter
  • Participating, managing and helping in execution of events/conducting workshops
  • Send monthly report for the school visit and feedback from the teachers or the advisers.
  • Archive the student presentation and students material like the posters to use in any events.
  • Help in improving students interactive webpage by giving new ideas for programs.

Additional Information

  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English and Arabic is a MUST.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills is required.

Required Skills

Ability to multitask and to effectively lead a creative, listening skills, project management skills, strong persuasion and presentation skills, and the ability to give creative direction, appealing presentations for children and follow projects to completion.
