Job Summary
This position will provide support to the registration operations and the administrative work in the office.

  • Handle registration of students.
  • Handle requests and certifications related to enrollment.
  • Maintains accurate Student Information System at both active and archive records.
  • Runs mailing lists for students as required.
  • Process student academic standing – registration, grades, transcripts, warnings, etc.
  • Coordinate with Admissions Office and Student Affairs Office on student enrollment and registration
  • Handle students’ files-both physical and electronic files.
  • Generate academic reports as needed by the management.
  • Attend to the registration counter.
  • Assist in managing Moodle.
  • Handle students’ clearances.
  • Assist the Registrar/Assistant Registrar with daily duties.
