Job Summary
This position will provide support to the registration operations and the administrative work in the office.
- Handle registration of students.
- Handle requests and certifications related to enrollment.
- Maintains accurate Student Information System at both active and archive records.
- Runs mailing lists for students as required.
- Process student academic standing – registration, grades, transcripts, warnings, etc.
- Coordinate with Admissions Office and Student Affairs Office on student enrollment and registration
- Handle students’ files-both physical and electronic files.
- Generate academic reports as needed by the management.
- Attend to the registration counter.
- Assist in managing Moodle.
- Handle students’ clearances.
- Assist the Registrar/Assistant Registrar with daily duties.
