Our fitness advice is for everyday people. We train you at your home, or in a location of your choice. Or if you want to socialize, you can choose our classes. We have something for everyone.

Our Fit Mums Program is the perfect follow-up from our postnatal classes, ideal for mums with babies 4 months and older. These classes are more intense and really designed to make mums sweat and work hard. As a mum your time is valuable and we want to make sure you get everything you can out of your workout. All classes are child friendly so feel free to bring your baby or toddler along. Under the Fit Mums program we offer boxing, circuits and sculpt.

Incorporates cardio boxing with core and strength training, designed to be a full body workout. This is the superpower of our Fitmums classes, packing a punch of burnt calories on the way ! Always a winner. A high intensity interval session, this workout is designed to work your entire body with a special focus on core. Multiple circuit stations combine resistance training with muscular endurance and strength building. Designed especially for mums who want to improve their posture, core strength, pelvic stability, work on repairing their diastasis recti, and at the same time shed those extra baby kilos. This class is a non-traditional Pilates class drawing from the principles of Pilates combined with the strengths of ballet and yoga. Prepare for a full body workout to lengthen and strengthen your full body. We will work in bare feet and please bring your own mat.

A fun circuit style class, this is a total body workout focusing on strengthening your upper body, core and legs and incorporates balance, mobility and flexibility. A short gentle jog followed by yoga based stretches to aid recovery – bring your foam roller too as every so often we will use them. A class for intermediate to advanced swimmers covering swimming technique and endurance. Participants should be comfortable swimming 200m front crawl. Please wear appropriate swimming attire, and bring goggles, towel and water. A great class to complement your running too. This fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, mit and pad work and high intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a great full body workout.

If you’ve been injured, or are at the very start of your fitness journey this is the group for you. Using a proven method of alternating walking with short runs you’ll be covering distances you never thought possible. Goal distances will be set individually and will generally range from 3k – 10k however we can also walk/run a half marathon if you’re up for it!

Run your first 5 or 10k! This group is perfect for all those beginner runners. Never run before? Not a problem this is all about starting you off slow and steady and getting your body and your mind used to running. Be ready to run your very first 5k in just 3 months.Train for your first half or full marathon or improve your time! Runners must be able to comfortably run an 8k prior to starting up. Distances will increase week to week and then start to taper down as race day approaches.

The Junior Run Club is open to boys and girls ages 7-12 of all fitness levels. We hope by educating and teaching children proper techniques for running, it will not only develop a lifelong enjoyment of running and exercise, but also help to reduce the risk of injury in later life. Running is a great training complement to children who are already involved in sports such as football, netball or rugby, which requires endurance, speed and agility. Junior Run Club will meet once a week for an hour-long session.

During the sessions, youngsters will spend around 40 minutes actually running, the remaining 20 minutes will be spent on theory and drills. Areas the course will cover include: running technique (stride, body position, breathing practice); the importance of warming up and stretching (theory and practical application); drills to improve speed and endurance, (fartlek training, tempo runs and interval training); theory of muscle activation as well as rest and injury prevention and care.
