Welcome to Al Batinah International School (ABIS), a not for profit school in Sohar, Oman. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. This is a milestone for ABIS, which joins a legacy of IB World Schools around the world to reach this landmark. We offer the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme.
The IB’s vision is to foster open and enlightened minds through its educational programmes for students between the ages of 3-19 years old. Each programme is tailored to equip students with the skills they need throughout life and encourages lifelong learning beyond their school years.
