Welcome to Al Khalil Language School's Established on an area of almost 15000 square meters, KLS' facilities were carefully designed to ensure that necessary educational, entertainment, and safety requirements are considered. The aim of our school is to prepare students for their future education so that they eventually establish themselves as skilled, responsible, and successful members of society. For this end, KLS endeavors to provide an instructional program recognizing the importance of ethics, sports, and activities in the educational process while lending all the proper attention to academics.

A suitable environment where young learners feel safe and respected is a main concern to all school staff. Every child and every person should treat others and be treated with respect. Balanced attention is given to the Arabic language as our mother tongue, and the English language as the language of the era.

The school has huge outdoor play areas that include a football yard, a tennis court and a basketball yard. There is also a floor-covered area for KG students where security and safety considerations and standards are observed and proper adult supervision is maintained.

Our library provides access to a wide range of books, references, periodicals; video and audio tapes, all selected in accordance with the curriculum. These tools are very imperative to the development of our students’ intellect, helping them develop reading habits and skills, while simultaneously discovering the enjoyment of reading.

At KLS, Classrooms are designed to enhance students’ ability to learn, and to encourage students to gain knowledge. All classrooms are spacious, sunny, airy, well-lit, and equipped with interactive teaching tools. Allowing the students to interact During teaching process and ensure a healthy environment for them.

Music is a powerful tool of communication, which can inspire and motivate children. At KLS there is a variety of musical instruments to try, giving him the chance to choose the one that appeals to him.

The school pays great attention to the means of transportation for our students since it is very important for both parents and school administration to ensure that our students are safely and comfortably picked-up and dropped-off. The School offers bus service throughout Cairo. Employees in the Transportation Department are well versed with the law and safety precautions. Special attention is given to the selection of certified bus drivers and attendants. An annual fee is applicable for those students requiring transportation.

The full responsibility for student learning does not rest solely with the teacher. Education cannot be effective unless students participate in class and complete & deliver their homework assignments on due time. Homework facilitates the acquisition and consolidation of knowledge by giving opportunities to build on work undertaken in class, as well as helping to acquaint parents with content being covered in class.

KLS’ policy is to give daily homework in order to reinforce class work and to foster positive attitudes such as initiative, responsibility, and ability to work independently amongst young learners. We are also aware that too much homework has a detrimental effect on children, and runs the risk of overloading them to the point where they feel saturated and lose interest in learning. Therefore, we are very keen to strike the right balance, both in the amount and the type of homework that our children are given.

The school’s curriculum is based on the National Curriculum of Egypt, in addition to a strong emphasis on developing students’ ability to communicate and learn in English Language. It is the aim of our educational and instructional program to achieve the following goals:
