Admission

Thank you for your interest in Al Khalil Language School. This link aims at providing assistance in the questionnaire.

Information is necessary in order to determine whether a good match exists between the school's educational program and the applicant's needs. If you wish to apply for your children, you may fill the Questionaire Form online, one for each child; alternatively, you may print the Questionaire Form , fill in data, and submit it to the school's reception desk, or you can obtain a copy and fill it in at the school premises.

The Admissions Office will contact you to fix a date for an interview and an assessment test for the child. Both parents need to be present with the child on the interview day.

General Guidelines for Admission

• Successful assessment of child's readiness
• Siblings of students enrolled in KLS are given priority.
• Enrollment respects order of submission of Questionnaire and completion of all required documents listed in the link Required Documents.

Minimum Age (by October 1st) Requirements:

• KGI 3: 3 Years 9 Months
• KGII 4:  Years 9 Months
• Grade 1: 5 Years 9 Months

Required Documents

All Applicants must submit the full set of the following documents:

• An Original Birth Certificate (Computerized)
• Duly completed Data Questionuaire
• 6 Recent passport size photographs
• Photocopy of National ID card of both parents or guardian Health Certificate
• A detailed vaccination report and health certificate
• Photocopy of custody documentation in case of divorced parents
• Additional Documents Required for students transferring from schools inside Egypt.
• Original letter of transfer from the previous school authorized from the Local Education Council.
• Original Academic Achievement Report for the previous school year.
