Our philosophy is that kid are kid, and that they should be allowed to grow by themselves, thereby instilling in them a sense of individuality and in-built scruples. We also firmly believe that a decorous child is not one who maintains complete silence or maintains military level discipline, but one who knows where and when to stop and we teach this to the kid under our care. That is what makes us special and sets us apart from the rest.
We don’t believe in military-style discipline of maintaining our center. Rather, we approach it differently, by playing along with the child and giving the child a way to find out what and how things are to be done, in a lively, playful, yet very inspiring atmosphere. We treat your child with utmost care, and we do not discipline them by force, because a child learns from what he sees. When a child is disciplined by force, the child might use the same force to discipline others to his ways, which is clearly not a good sign.
