With its emphasis on requirements management, business analysis has become a competency of critical importance to project management. Becoming certified as a business analysis (BA) expert can move your career in a fresh direction while opportunities for BAs are on the rise.

Inaccurate requirements gathering is the second highest cause of project failure yet only half of organizations have the resources in place to perform this function properly, according to PMI Pulse of the Profession® research. Through 2019, over half of organizations expect to see an increase in their demand for BAs and the integration of requirements management and business analysis with project management.

Course Expectations

Participants will be able to:

• Learn the business analysis processes
• Work out more practice questions to greatly improve their chance of passing the test
• Discover tricks and hints on how to answer the exam questions

Prerequisites

• Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
• 7,500 hours of business analysis experience
• 2,000 hours working on project teams*
• 35 contact hours of education in business analysis

• 4,500 hours of business analysis experience
• 2,000 hours working on project teams*
• 35 contact hours of education in business analysis
