About the Programme

The Six Sigma Black Belt Course is a classroom based, interactive training, under the guidance of an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner.

The course covers the tools, techniques and methodology to run a successful and effective quality improvement project in any organization to deliver measureable results; irrespective whether the output is a tangible product or an intangible service.

Participants are required to complete a Black Belt Improvement Project. Support is provided through the duration of the project. Upon completion of the course and the project participants will appear for an examination conducted by IASSC, (www.iassc.org), leading to an internationally recognized Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
