Established in 1975, The English Playgroup EPG is a family owned Kuwaiti Educational Company, providing quality education to 8,000 children aged from 9 month to 11 years in Kuwait. EPG today is positioned as the market leader in the Early Years sector with 29 locations, alongside 2 Primary School Campuses in Salwa and Salmiya. At EPG our aspiration is to provide all our students with a stimulating, creative and welcoming environment in which all children have an opportunity to learn, thrive and become future global citizen.
The Curriculum in our schools is the British National Curriculum; Early Years Foundation Stage in Early years and the National Curriculum for England in Primary Schools. Both EPG Primary Schools are proud members of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) since 2016. Our Leadership and Teaching Teams are highly qualified and experienced professionals that have an in depth knowledge of child development, and through continuing education, keep up to date with current research and teaching practices. At EPG, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is a play-based adapted curriculum for children from 9 months to 5.5 years. This allows children to explore and learn in an environment that is secure and safe, yet challenging. We understand that this period in a child's life is an important developmental stage when they discover themselves and the world around them. My son Abdul rahman Smadi joined EPG stage one (FSL-FS1-FS2) then left to BSK . It was a very nice years full with beautiful memories.
